UMOS, Inc. provides four categories of quality employment services:

• Recruitment Services, including pre-screening, individualized account representation, UMOS, Inc.-based job fairs, and onsite recruitments

• Training Services, including customized skills trainings in Automotive Repair, CNC Operation, Culinary Arts, Construction, Customer Service, Forklift OSHA Certification, Manufacturing, Clerical Skills, and Welding

• Support Services, including child care, transportation assistance, drivers licensing assistance, fidelity bonding, and alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA)/mental health counseling

• Retention Services, including employer/employee follow-up, problem-solving, and conflict resolution assistance

The organization will provide individualized services at no cost, based on your company’s changing needs. UMOS, Inc. will also provide services in Spanish at no cost, upon request.
